From just us two to a family of....five!! (Almost! 🤰🏻😉) Travelling as a family is everything we’ve ever dreamed of. Here’s how we made this year a reality: we took advantage of @Aeroplan member benefits to elevate every trip. We always use our Aeroplan Credit Card on everyday purchases to earn points quickly. Cafe Malabar in Victoria’s Public Market has snagged a coveted spot on @AirCanada’s longlist of BEST New Restaurants for 2024, so we had to check it out immediately.

Cafe Malabar is located in Victoria’s Public Market and offers authentic Southwest Indian food. We tried dishes like the Kerala Rice Bowl, Kerala Fried Chicken, Fish Cooked in Banana Leaf, and some famous Kerala Egg Puffs. It was incredible - the quality of ingredients was unmatched, and every dish boasted unique and dynamic flavours that we haven’t experienced anywhere else. You have to put this spot on your list asap!

We all know that Victoria has no shortage of incredible attractions, but we *just* discovered one that is truly something special. This spot has only ever received 5-star reviews, and after visiting, we totally get why! 🦖⭐️ This is @dino_lab.inc! We had an unforgettable private tour with Jake where we got to explore and learn all about about their prehistoric collection. We got hands-on and touched fossils that are millions of years old, (including T-Rex and Triceratops fossils which blew Ollie’s mind!) and even worked on some real fossil restoration with the same tools used by experts. And bonus, Dino Lab has the best dino gift shop that we’ve EVER seen (and we’ve seen a lot!) Add this to your Victoria bucket list—Dino Lab is hands-down one of the coolest experiences you’ll find for any age! @tourismvictoriabc

This is our third baby and we’re finally doing it right this time. Why did it take us this long to get a proper nursery chair?! Our dream glider, the @montedesign Matera Glider Recliner (motorized!) is every bit as beautiful and luxurious as we hoped it would be. It’s customizable and there are so many fabrics to choose from. We picked this lovely and soft ivory boucle and added the maple solid wood base. It’s sooo plush and comfortable, I could sleep on it! (And I know I will be 😂) We love that it’s designed and handcrafted in Canada and the quality is incredible.

We’re here to tell you, do it, get the perfect chair. You are going to spend way more time in it than you realize...now I’m dreading those middle of the night feeds just a little less. 😅😴 [gifted]
