Recipe below.👇🍌 I kid you not, the ONLY banana bread recipe we use, it's sooo good and so easy! Plus it's gluten free, no refined sugar and can be dairy free too.

Gluten-free, dairy-free Banana Bread (if using DF chocolate):

- 3 medium bananas (very ripe)
- 3 tbsp melted butter (or neutral oil)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats in blender to make)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (we use mini chocolate chips)
- More chocolate for top

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas well in a large bowl. Whisk in eggs then add maple syrup, vanilla, and butter or oil. Stir gently to combine. Mix in dry ingredients until well combined, stir in chocolate chips at the end. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in batter. Add a few additional chocolate chips to the top as desired. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
*can use 1/4 cup maple syrup and omit chocolate if looking for a lower sugar option! Original recipe from @nourishedbynutrition 💛
