By far one of our favourite free, family-friendly holiday activities in Victoria is a visit to the Festival of Trees at @thebaycentre in Victoria! It’s tradition. ☺️❤️ Grab a hot drink, get in the festive mood and admire over 75 beautifully decorated holiday trees. Don’t forget to vote for your fave tree, with all donations in support of BC Children’s Hospital. On now through December 31st - don’t miss it! 🎄✨

Our number one recommendation for a long haul flight with 3 kids? Don't over think it. 😅 Here's the truth about how it went ⤵️

Truly not trying to brag, but it went better than we ever could have expected! Trust us, we know this isn't always the norm. 😮‍💨 The kids slept well, entertained themselves, had way too much screen time and way too many snacks. (Rules are mostly off on flights!) Our 11 month old slept on and off, but was mostly easily comforted back to sleep.

The thing is, you can't ever predict how a long haul flight is going to go. You can't predict if your kids will sleep, or scream. It's best not to stress or think too much about it before hand...easier said than done, I know!

The best you can do is be prepared for every situation, (have changes of clothes, more snacks than you think you could ever need, meds for unforeseen situations, activities and downloaded shows galore, etc), then have zero expectations. Your kids can feel your stress, and we typically find they feed off that energy.

We'll share another reel with some tips about what worked for us and why we think this trip was so successful!

Cause what do you mean we were only meant to have 2 kids?! 😭 One whole year of Mae. 💫 The missing piece we never knew we needed, the sweet angel baby we've all been obsessed with since day one. If you're on the fence, I'm not saying you should definitely have that third kid, but....🙃
