Episode one: "I can't believe we get to live here." Welcome to the Wildwood House build site! We're one step closer to making our dream home a reality. This has been a looong process up until this point, and a true test of patience and perseverance. 😅

First step, clearing the land to make space for our build site and driveway. We worked with an arborist to determine the health of each tree on the property, and decided where our home should sit on the land based on the preservation of as many trees as possible. Walking onto the site after clearing was such a surreal experience, and for the first time we can actually picture what it will feel like to live here. Stay tuned for the next update - things are moving now! @wildwoodhouse.ca

Watching the guy I fell in love with all those years ago become a dad has been the best gift. We’re the absolute luckiest!! (And I’m possibly the smartest for picking you. 😉😘)

Reub, you’re our safe space. You bring fun and adventure every single day, and I’m so grateful our kids get to grow up with a dad like you. But what people don’t see are the quiet moments. Every night you patiently oblige as Daisy demands you gently tickle her arm as she falls asleep. You hold Mae’s hand without complaint as she drags you around every inch of the playground, again and again and again. You’ve become Ollie’s ultimate hero and you make sure he feels so loved and secure. We love you forever! 💙

A tent in the trees, a night under the stars, and one-on-one time with Dad. 🌲✨🥹 Reuben and Ollie had the best time breaking in our new @thule Widesky roof top tent with a lil camping escape this Father’s Day, just the two of them. This tent is next level!! The mattress converts into a sofa so they could hang out and chit chat and the dimmable LEDs made it feel like the coziest little basecamp. Ollie didn’t want to come down in the morning 😅. Making summer memories one adventure at a time...this is what it’s all about. ❤️ @adventurelifebythule
