The night we met Mae. 💫
She came in a hurry on a rainy Monday evening, just 1.5 hrs after we arrived at the hospital. (Labour went from zero to 100 REAL quick. 😮‍💨) What a magical birth it was for this magic girl.

Things I learned this time around: always wear waterproof mascara close to the time you're due, just in case. 😅 Second, you might think you've forgotten everything about newborns, but it all comes rushing back. And finally, nothing everrr goes as expected! So beyond thankful for the safe arrival of our little Mae. We're all head over heels for you, baby girl. 💖

6lbs 1oz. Our sweet Mae arrived a week ahead of schedule and came in a hurry! Big brother and big sister are completely head over heels in love and call her "Mei Mei 妹妹" (little sister in Chinese).

She was always meant to be here.

Thank you to the incredible midwives at @the_midwives_collective (especially the wonderful Emilie!) and the AMAZING nurses who were at our birth at Victoria General. Forever grateful. 🫶

Life lately. 💕✨ Spending so much time at home waiting for baby girl, resting and enjoying being together. Lots of baby check ups, breakfast dates and Ollie & Daisy time. These sweet days are fleeting. 🥹

To think we were worried about a 4 year age gap! 🥹💕 Two years later, two besties in the making. Watching their relationship build has been everything. 🫶
